NPOA is provided governmental services through the Northstar Community Services District (NCSD). Specifically, NCSD provides water, sewer collection, solid waste management, recycling services, fire protection, fuels management, snow removal, road surface maintenance, and trail construction/maintenance. The NCSD administrative office is located at 900 Northstar Drive and is open Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
