Northstar Property Owners Association is a stunning and coveted mountain community that provides year-round accessibility and togetherness through excellent facilities, events, and customer service. 

Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) is Northstar’s master homeowner association that consists of 1,480 members of both single-family homes and condominiums.  Through fiscal accountability, continuous communication, and forward thinking, the association strives to provide optimum service and amenities, while serving as a community standard for sustainability and environmental stewardship.  In a concerted effort, strategic modernization and innovation are possible from a highly professional board of directors and staff, as well as community participation and local engagement.
