For any owners that would like to request access to the Resident Portal that have not already been invited access, click on ‘Resident Sign-In’, then click ‘Sign-Up’. You will be prompted to create an account and password credentials, then confirm your email address. Once you submit to sign up, a community manager will confirm ownership before granting access to the portal. For anyone looking to make multiple individual accounts for owners listed on the same property, duplicate emails cannot be used for more than one account.
