  • Pets or other domestic animals on-site – $100

  • Radio or other equipment audible beyond property lines – $100

Refuse Receptacles & Debris Removal

  • Concrete washout outside of building and paving footprint – $500
  • Refuse receptacle missing or in unauthorized location – $250
  • Sanitary closet missing or in unauthorized location – $250
  • Failure to remove daily trash, debris, mud, or excess dirt from roads, open spaces, or driveways – $250
  • Failure to pick up trash or loose debris after each work day – $250

Vehicles, Access, & Parking Areas

  • Access of home site other than approved route – $100
  • Receipt of deliveries outside of construction activity zone – $250
  • Parking location disruptive to residents, traffic, or landscape – $100
