Board of Directors

The NPOA Board of Directors is the governing body of the association and is the mainly responsible for the overall direction regarding NPOA organizational matters.  The Board consists of 7 resident owners that are unpaid volunteers and elected by association membership elections.  The members of the Board of Directors act as representatives for the NPOA owners, and thus, must abide by and uphold the associations governing documents, bylaws, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Articles of Incorporation.  These Governing Documents can be seen by clicking here. Elections for the Board of Directors are held yearly in September.
